Our agency has been in business for 25 years, and has combined agent experience of over 100 years. Unlike many travel agencies on the Internet, we do not advertise prices. This is because they are constantly changing. The only prices we will advertise are for groups and specials for which we can reasonably guarantee availability. We will not ask you for a credit card number or mailing address before we have responded to your request. We do not sell our contact lists to other vendors. Our goal is to custom tailor a package to your needs and/or desires. As such we will require a means of communication with you, and would like a phone contact. If you wish to correspond by email, that is satisfactory, but we can understand your wishes much more easily by phone. We will make every effort to respond to your request within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Please give us the chance to serve you. We know that travel arrangements are a very personal thing, and we want to give you personalized service.
